Glasgow, UK – 2 October 2025 – Connect-In Ltd., a UK-based IoT technology developer, today confirmed that it executed a commercial licensing agreement with Samsung Electronics in 2023. The agreement covers specific innovations developed by Connect-In in the field of smart tracking technologies, including intellectual property associated with its Xupo smart-tag product line.

This public statement forms part of Connect-In’s ongoing governance review of its OEM licensing portfolio. The statement reflects standard corporate disclosure protocol.
